#myweek15

adobe indesign course

Hi everyone,

it’s Sunday again and my week 15 in WCB family is about to finish.

This was one of the busiest weeks so far. I have a feeling that we were extremely productive and a lot of things have been done very fast. I didn’t even have time for my private projects like creating my website and following up on my studies for a Google Analytics certification. But I feel great about how we have managed everything.

I have chosen 3 highlights that I would like to share with you although I was working on other things as well, mainly linked to a Digital Marketing Professional course. I can’t even describe how much I am learning when preparing all files. I just don’t want to repeat “same same” thing every week: an amazing opportunity, a super fast learning path for me, the theory that I immediately implement into practice, great experience. What else?

Steps with Theera – SEO

I can work hard, no problem. I can work long hours, no problem. I can do my best to meet targets, no problem. All these things and I have never worked for the charity before.

If I was able to do it for the business, how can I stretch myself for something meaningful? Within my stay in Thailand, I am helping a vocational center for children with special needs. The goal is clear – increase of their ranking on Google.

So, challenge accepted! Not even unicorns can beat me on this one!

I couldn’t sleep a couple of nights this week. I was still thinking about how to make their website better, how should I proceed with all tasks in the best possible way. And of course, the whole topic is touching my heart. I always wanted to work for a charity. It’s an amazing motivation and opportunity for me. I am glad I can be part of it.

So far, I have finished UX and assessment of their website and currently, I am working on technical SEO and keywords! It’s fun!

Adobe InDesign Course

Ok, this is something that I was jumping for joy like a gummy bear 🙂 I had an opportunity to attend the class of Adobe InDesign with our teacher Hector. I thought – ok maybe I can create at least a basic table with different colors after 2 days. And look at this!!! Of course, I had an inspiration that I tried to copy for the learning purposes but I am so happy I could fly 🙂 and now, just practice and practice and practice! One day I might come for Web Design Professional course 🙂

Content Calendar in Trello

We have used Google Sheets for managing our content calendar but we wanted to try something new. As we are using Trello for all our projects, courses and to do lists, I have prepared a board for planning our posts on Facebook and Twitter. Let’s see what will Carl say 🙂

Looking forward to the next week! Yay! It already starts tomorrow!

Enjoy!
